Torrey Pines State Beach - Just 15 minutes from Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine, beautiful sandstone cliffs rise up 300 magnificent feet from the Pacific Ocean to greet miles of walking paths along the bluffs at Torrey Pines State Beach. Children's Pool – These are moments you’ll want to capture on film - spend the day near the Pacific watching the seals and sea lions as they cavort at The Children's Pool.
Just minutes from our Hyatt, the Children's Pool is a tiny cove protected by a concrete breakwater that provides a gentle area for children (and adults alike) to enjoy interaction (from no closer than 20 feet) with the seals who have taken up residence in the cove year-round.
